Kalaimamani R. Pichumani: Veena

R. Pichumani is one of the senior-most veena players in India today, with a performing career spanning over 6 decades. He has performed on numerous occasions all over India, and for All India Radio and TV. He has developed a unique veena playing technique, combining vocal and instrumental styles of Karnatic music: a technique that is known for its tonal richness, clarity of notes, speed, and strong gamakas (decorative oscillations).
